✔ שיקולים תרבותיים והקשריים – תכנון ביישוב בעל צביון דתי, בסמוך ליישובים ערביים ומסגד, תוך איזון בין תחושת ביטחון לפתיחות ועיצוב יוקרתי.
המטרה הייתה ליצור בית נקי, אלגנטי, יוקרתי, אך עדיין חמים ומשפחתי, שמחובר לגינות מכל עבר ומנצל כל סנטימטר של הקרקע. לא עוד בית שמביט לנוף ומנתק את החצר – אלא בית שחי את החוץ בכל מובן.
✔ כל חלל בבית מחובר לגינה פרטית, עם פינות ישיבה מוצלות ונקודות חוץ קסומות.
✔ חללים ציבוריים פתוחים שמזמינים אור טבעי, נוף ירוק, וזרימה טבעית בין פנים לחוץ.
הבית כולל את כל מה שמשפחה מסורתית-דתית צריכה, מבלי לוותר על יוקרה:
– מטבח כשר מתוכנן בקפידה
– פינת נטילת ידיים מעוצבת
– פינת הדלקת נרות ויודאיקה

✔ Strict local zoning regulations (TABA) – The setback line prevented elevating the rear plot, creating what could have been a “dead space” with no functional use for future residents.
✔ A sloped terrain requiring creative planning to maximize usable outdoor areas.
✔ Cultural and contextual considerations – Designing for a traditional, family-oriented community adjacent to Arab villages and a nearby mosque, balancing privacy, security, and openness.
We envisioned an elegant, clean-lined structure that remains warm and family-friendly, embracing the surrounding gardens and creating a continuous dialogue between indoor and outdoor living spaces. Every design move was driven by human experience first, aesthetics second.
Unlike many homes on sloped plots—where public areas face the view while leaving large disconnected garden areas—this home integrates every level and corner with outdoor “pockets of life”. Each zone enjoys direct access to private green spaces, terraces, and shaded seating areas.
✔ A kosher family home, thoughtfully planned to include:
– Dual kitchen setup for kosher use
– A handwashing station near the dining area
– Dedicated space for candle lighting and Judaica display
✔ Modern lifestyle elements, including an expansive private swimming pool, open-plan living spaces, and floor-to-ceiling glazing that floods the home with natural light.
This project represents the perfect fusion of modern luxury architecture and cultural tradition—a home that is as practical as it is inspiring, fully tailored to the needs of a modern religious family without compromising on elegance or comfort.
